September 2025 Meeting - Auction (Bring your friends) (Spread the Word)
September's meeting will be a live Auction. (See pictures of some of the items below)
We are asking our members to donate a Quality Item that is worth at least $25.00 or higher. These items do not necessarily have to be Sewing or Quilting related. The item can be a beautiful piece of artwork, a beautiful piece of furniture, a Nice Bag, or a Basket filled with lots of goodies. Be creative.
Spread the word to your friends. We are holding our live Auction during our regularly scheduled meeting. 10 - until.

September Auction Schedule - TIME UPDATE
9:00 Set-up of the room (Tables, chairs, etc.)
9:30 - 10:00Arrival of Donated Items
10:30 – Brief announcements and Auction will begin.
Take your winning papers to Jody, who will be taking up the monies for all the items. Collect your winning items and enjoy!
If you brought an item and it did not sell, please take it home.
No unsold items are to be left at the church.

- Paddles - Sign in with Jody to receive your numbered Paddle
- Donated items: Sign in with Mandy and ________ your donated item with a brief description of the item. (this will be written down in a book for reference and a copy of the description placed with the item.)
- If you feel a certain price should be obtained and don’t want it to go for less than that amount, please put a RESERVE $$ Amount on your description.
10:30 – Brief announcements and Auction will begin.
- When you win your item, the paper used by the Auctioneer will be handed to you with your paddle number listed.
